BOOKING & RETAINER
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings and begin pre-production planning. Dates are not officially reserved until the retainer has been received.
The retainer covers time spent planning, creative preparation, scheduling, and reserving the session date exclusively for the client.
The remaining balance is due immediately following the session.
PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and cash for approved in-person transactions. Failure to complete final payment may delay delivery of final content.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
One reschedule is permitted with at least 48 hour's notice. Rescheduled sessions must be moved to a new date within 30 days of the original booking date unless otherwise discussed.
Same-day cancellations, repeated reschedules, or failure to appear for the session may require a new retainer in order to rebook.
If weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances affect the shoot, REALMS CS will work with the client to reschedule appropriately whenever possible.
LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrival time may reduce available shooting time in order to maintain workflow and scheduling for the day. Sessions will still end at the originally agreed-upon time unless additional time is approved and available.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for arriving prepared with approved outfits, products, props, accessories, and any necessary location permissions unless otherwise discussed beforehand.
REALMS CS is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete preparation, missing items, restricted location access, or circumstances outside of its control.
TRAVEL & LOCATION FEES
Studio rentals, location fees, parking fees, permits, and travel outside the standard service area are not included unless specifically stated within the package or agreed upon beforehand.
CREATIVE DIRECTION & SESSION FLOW
REALMS CS maintains creative direction throughout the session and editing process to ensure cohesive, high-quality final content aligned with the agreed brand vision and artistic style.
Clients are encouraged to share inspiration, preferences, references, and creative goals prior to the session to help guide the overall direction and execution of the shoot.
CONTENT DELIVERY
Packages include only the edited content outlined within the selected package. Final image and reel counts may vary depending on session flow, outfit changes, timing, and overall creative direction.
Additional edited images, reels, or extended edits may be purchased separately.
TURNAROUND TIME
Final edited galleries and reels are delivered within 7–14 business days unless otherwise discussed. Turnaround time begins after the session date and once any final selections/details have been confirmed if applicable.
Rush delivery requests may be available for an additional fee depending on workload and turnaround expectations.
FINAL DELIVERY
Final edited content is delivered digitally through an online gallery or file-sharing platform selected by REALMS CS.
RAW / UNEDITED FILES
RAW/unedited files are not included or delivered. Final content reflects the editing style, color grading, and creative direction of REALMS CS. Unedited files are considered incomplete work and are not representative of the final brand experience.
REVISIONS
One minor revision round is included for reel/content edits. Minor revisions may include small clip swaps, music adjustments, or light editing refinements.
Major revisions, complete re-edits, additional versions, or stylistic changes requested after delivery may incur additional fees.
BEHIND-THE-SCENES CONTENT
Unedited behind-the-scenes footage, phone clips, or additional unused content captured during the session are not automatically included unless discussed beforehand.
IMAGE QUALITY & DELIVERY
REALMS CS is committed to delivering high-quality edited content. However, final results may vary depending on lighting conditions, weather, location restrictions, client preparation, and overall shoot environment.
To maintain quality and consistency, final delivered galleries are thoughtfully curated to include the strongest edited content from the session.
CONTENT USAGE & PROMOTION
REALMS CS reserves the right to use final delivered content for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the session.
RESPECT & PROFESSIONALISM
A respectful and professional environment is expected throughout all communication and sessions. REALMS CS reserves the right to end or refuse service in cases involving unsafe conditions, harassment, inappropriate conduct, or environments that compromise safety or professionalism.
